The central characters are Naira Goenka and Kartik Goenka (Mohsin Khan). YRKKH took a generational leap with all the old leads leaving the show and now the new leads are Pranali Rathod and Harshad Chopra. Pranali plays Akshara, Kartik and Naira’s daughter, and Harshad plays Dr. Abhimanyu Birla. The show has gained a huge fan following in India due to its simplicity and heart-touching story.
