It is a tragedy for the Indian television that actor Vikas Sethi who has worked in the show Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi and Kasautii Zindagii Kay is no more with us and he died on 8th September 2024. Vikas Sethi had a natural death in his sleep because of cardiac arrest. His wife Jhanvi Sethi recently shared the last few words that they spoke and how he passed away.
The Final Night And The Morning Tragedy
Vikas and Jhanvi Sethi were at a wedding in another town when Vikas started having symptoms of the disease after getting to Jhanvi’s mother’s house in Nashik. He complained of vomiting and loose motions but never wanted to be taken to the hospital but instead, he requested for a doctor to be called to the house.
The next day, Jhanvi tried to wake up her husband but found him dead in his bed having died in his sleep. The doctor informed me that he passed away because of cardiac arrest in the night.

As expected, there were many comments from Vikas’ former co-workers after they heard about his death. The actor who had made a great impact in the television industry through his performances in Kahiin To Hoga and Geet Hui Sabse Parayee is still close to the hearts of people.
Family and Legacy
Vikas Sethi was survived by his wife, Jhanvi Sethi and their two twin sons. His last rituals will be performed as per Hindu rituals in Mumbai. Jhanvi had to use social media to pass the information to the public that he will be buried and anyone who would like to pay their last respect should come.
