It’s just day 3 of Bigg Boss 18 contestants in the house, but “Time ka Tandav” has picked up as we saw few contestants exchanging heated words, while some were busy gossiping in corners. Eisha Singh and Alice Kaushik bonded over what the Bigg Boss is known for – gossiping over how Chaahat is the real drama queen and doesn’t shy away from shedding a tear or two like in a daily soap. However, the real drama emerged as the October 9 episode unfolded, with a nice side kick of entertaining moments as well.
Is Sara Arfeen the entertaining factor of BB 18 or a drama queen?
Salman Khan hosted Season 18 is no different than its predecessors – fights, strategies, rationing, tasks and nomination. But this season has Sara Arfeen Khan, who appears to have taken some life lessons from previous seasons – like how to survive in the house. The shortage of food was broached towards the beginning of the episode. However, a little later all the housemates had their lunch, though not everyone got what they required. Because, well, ‘footage to chahiye na’, Sara took it upon herself to make it a ‘mudda’. She went towards the washroom telling Shilpa Shirodkar about the same and that she has to make Karan Veer Mehra stop eating surplus food. Her reply: ‘Jisne task haraya hai, vo zyada khayegi toh mujhe dukh hoga’. Yes, we are also of the conclusion that this argument was quite impertinent and baseless.
After Sara had vented her concerns, Shilpa opted for even more drama.How, you ask? Upon reaching the corridor, she screamed at the top of her voice, stirring everybody’s attention and also of the cameras there.
Its Vivian Vs Chaahat
In the October 9 episode of Bigg Boss 18, even on waking up in the morning, the housemates were nagging each other about the bed arrangements. We saw how there was a clash between Vivian and Chaahat, with Vivian instructing Chaahat not to give orders to him, while Chaahat was asking who will sleep in the bedroom. The ‘Shakti’ actor bashed Chaahat saying that she fakes herself and is playing a character. ‘Roleplay in television is nice, but in reality tv it is wrong’ is what Vivian said while speaking with Alice.

During the nomination task we again saw Vivian and Chaahat locking horns. Vivian claimed, ‘5 chehre hai iske, koi action bol ke gaya, cut bolna bhul gaya.’ (She has five faces, some action has been told and has forgotten to say cut.) To this, the housemates started clapping.
Nomination Task – the first one of BB18
Bigg Boss gathered all the contestants as it was time to narrate the first of the eviction nomination rounds. Karanveer nominated Gunratna saying that he was not playing the game. In return, Gunratna nominated Karanveer which angered the latter in an embarrassing situation where Gunratna said he doesn’t know who Karanveer is. Ouch!! Vivaan nominated Chahat, which was later reciprocated by her which served to highlight the burgeoning hatred between the two.
The first contestant to be nominated by almost all the housemates was Chahat Pandey, all saying she is multi-faced and with a lot of filters. Chaahat in turn nominated Vivian Dsena, the only one to have, which triggered a series of heated exchanges between the two. Bigg Boss saved Vivian, Rajat, Shehzada, Tajinder and Hema as they were nominated by less than 3 housemates. The final list of nominated contestants for the first week of Season 18.
