Viewers and contestants are never left disappointed by Bigg Boss 18 makers and Salman Khan, and this Weekend Ka Vaar was no different. Salman Khan brought glamour and fun to our screens but he did bring the usual dose of jibes, one-liners and schooling for the Bigg Boss contestants.
Avinash gets schooled for his behaviour on Weekend Ka Vaar by Salman Khan
Avinash was the first one on this Weekend Ka Vaar to be schooled by Salman, and the host did not mince with his words. Salman schooled Avinash for his misbehaviour inside the Bigg Boss house this week as he tried to project himself as the ‘Bhagwan’ of house over power of ration. He said, “Aap kya iss ghar ke bhagwaan hai? Aap ko villain bankar Colors TV par dikhna hain. Abhi tak aap colourful lag rahe the ab aap grey shade mein lag rahe ho! There’s a thin line between being frank and rude, you have crossed that line. Naam aapka Avinash hai par aap khud apna vinash kar doge. Vinash. Khatam.”
The episode started with mothers of Avinash and Chaahat appearing on the show. Avinash’s mother questions Chaahat for throwing water on Avinash while he was sleeping, even though she had eaten dinner.
Salman takes a jibe at Karan for setting ‘narratives’ in the house
Salman takes a jibe at Karanveer for going in corners and talking to housemates, in what appears to be his strategy of setting a narrative. Salman said, “Karan bahar aap parivaar jod nahi paaye, aur yahan bhi parivaar jod nahi parahe ho. Aap koi bhi cheeze complete nahi kar paate ho. Yeh jo kone kone mein kar rahe ho, yeh khulle mein karo.”
Salman further said that Karan should come out in front rather than playing on backfoot and setting narrative to influence other housemates’ acts.
Salman engages in fun banter with Rajat as he takes jibe on himself over going to jail
Salman then, making the house mood a little lighter, questioned Shehzada and Rajat for intimidating each other, mentioning they have big contacts out of house. Rajat explained that he was not stretching the fight but rather was stating that he has guts to make Shehzada apologise to him. Salman teased Rajat stating that outside there are laws and rules. Salman then shared his time in jail and said, “Yeh Bigg Boss ka ghar hai na, mai yaha par bhi aata hu aur mai vaha par bhi gaya hu. Muje farak pata hai.”
New promos for Sunday’s Weekend Ka Vaar episode show Ajay Devgn and Rohit Shetty sharing the stage with Salman. The crossover between Singham and Dabangg franchisees has all fans excited.
