Welcome to Midstlive.com’s privacy policy (“Privacy Policy” or “Policy”).

The company is known as Midstlive.com and all of its subsidiaries and affiliates (hereafter referred to as “Midstlive.com”, “we” or “us”) publish articles on current events and news on their websites and mobile apps, among other platforms.

(a) How This Policy Holds True

All individuals who visit or utilize the Platform, including end-users of the Platform, are governed by this policy (“you”).

You grant us permission to collect, store, utilize, and disclose your data according to what is stated in and as collected by us under this Policy by accessing or utilizing the Platform.

We request that you review and amend our Privacy Statement regularly, just as we do so. Our records of your personal information must be correct and up-to-date. If your information changes during our relationship, kindly inform us.

(c) Third Party Services:

Links to third-party websites, plug-ins, offerings, and applications (“Third Party Services”) may be present on the Platform. We have no authority over or approval of these third-party services, and as such, we cannot be held liable for their privacy policies. We also collaborate with advertising networks and analytics service providers who do web analytics on our behalf so that we can enhance the Platform. If you want your information shared with other users who are registered on our Platform, you can request or consent to having it shared with them. Otherwise, unless required by law, it will only be shared with these analytics providers. If needed by law or regulation, it will also be shared with regulators and other bodies.

(b) Any third parties we work with are obligated to keep your personal information secure and to handle it legally. We strictly regulate the activities of our suppliers of services concerning the use of your data. These companies are only authorized to treat your data in connection with the specific reasons that we have authorized and in strict compliance with our instructions.
