Rumoured to be valued at INR 200 crore, Mannat is one of the most expensive things that the bollywood Badshah owns. Originally known as Villa Vienna, it was purchased in 2001 by Shahrukh Khan from Bai Khorshed Bhanu Sanjana Trust and renamed as Mannat in 2005. The king lives with his wife Gauri Khan, children Aryan, Suhana and AbRam and sister Shehnaz. In a recent interview, Gauri Khan who is an interior designer by profession gave insights how she and Shahrukh Khan renovated and furnished their house.
Amitabh Bachchan’s Jalsa
Jalsa is owned by Big B. Amitabh Bachchan along with his wife Jaya Bachchan, Son Abhishek Bachchan, Daughter in Law Aishwariya Rai Bachchan and granddaughter Aradhya Bachchan live in this house spread over 10000 square feet. The villa is valued at INR 112 crore. The house was gifted by producer NC Sippy for Big B’s marvellous work in the film Satte Pe Satta.
Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma’s Home
Virat Kohli bought this luxury apartment in 2016. It’s a 4 bedroom apartment on the 35th floor in Tower C of a 3 tower complex named Omkar 1973. The space is spread over 7171 square feet and offers a staggering view of the Arabian Sea. The couple stays along with their 2 children. Anushka Sharma is often seen posting photos of her in the home on her social media handles. The lavishly styled home boasts 2 anthropology styled mirrors, coral walls with tropical details and a room with French mouldings along with wooden flooring.
Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone’s home
The star duo lives in a sea view quadruplex apartment and are also neighbours of hahrukh Khan. Ranveer Singh and his father’s company purchased the 16th, 17th, 18th and 19th floors of the under construction Sagar Resham Cooperative Housing Society in 2022, located in BJ road, Bandstand, Bandra. The carpet area of the apartments amounts to a sprawling 11266 sq feet that includes a 1300 sq feet exclusive square terrace. The total price of the property is INR 118.94 crore and stamp duty amounting to INR 7.13 crore.
Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s house Vastu
The duo lives in their home named Vastu at Pali Hill. The couple got married in this house in an intimate ceremony which saw their close friends and family attend the wedding including Neetu Singh and Soni Razdan. It is said that the house is 12 storeys high and worth INR 35 crore with a carpet area of 2460 square feet. Ranbir also bought a bungalow worth INR 250 crore making it the richest Bollywood celebrity owned property in the town beating King Khan’s Mannat. The new property is said to be named after Ranbir and Alia’s 1 year old daughter Raha Kapoor.
