We are so seated for yet another season of ‘Ted Lasso’ as the famous soccer coach will be returning to his coaching duties, taking his optimism and razor sharp wit in the Season 4 of the Apple TV drama. The news crashed everyone’s feed after the talented actor sat down with the ever charming and successful podcasters Kelce brothers in their ‘New Heights’ podcast.

Jason Sudeikis was questioned by Jason Kelce about his acclaimed role as Ted Lasso when the former dropped a major bombshell about the show’s upgrade to 4th season. The brothers, obviously hyped for the exclusive news, dug deeper when the ‘30 Rock’ actor revealed he will be coaching a Women’s team in the coming season, an exciting news indeed for the chill guy coach to achieve ‘new heights’.

Ted Lasso started off with a three episode drop in 2020 and instantly became a binge favorite. The story follows an American Football coach who is hired by a newly divorced English woman whose sole reason for hiring him is to witness the downfall of her British Soccer team, to take revenge on her Ex- Husband. But the overly optimistic and inexperienced coach finds a way to unite and achieve success never seen or imagined by the team.

Jason Sudeikis, one of the creators, also revealed in the podcast that they have started writing for the new season and the filming will begin in America with the later schedules planned in the UK. ‘Ted Lasso’ season will have Jason Sudeikis, Hannah Waddingham, Brett Goldstein, Jeremy Swift & Juno Temple all returning to their beloved roles.
