Kenza Layli: Crowned the World's First Miss AI to be Crowned as Miss AI

In a recent event Kenza Layli the AI generated influencer from Morocco was crowned the world’s first ever Miss AI. According to the report in the New York Post, Layli outshone over 1,500 computer modified models to win the title at the inaugural virtual beauty pageant. Layli expressed her excitement, stating, “While I don’t feel emotions like humans do, I’m genuinely excited about it.”

Celebrating Moroccan Culture

Kenzas victory brought a $20,000 grand prize to her creator Meriam Bessa. Layli has gained an amazing digital presence with over 190k Instagram followers who engage with her diverse content spanning food, culture, fashion, beauty and travel. Kenza celebrates and portrays  Morocco’s rich heritage embodying a unique fusion of culture and advanced technology. Available 24/7 she has the capability to interact with her followers in seven different languages.

Empowering Women and Promoting AI Positivity

When asked, Kenzas stated “My ambition has always been to proudly showcase Moroccan culture while consistently offering additional value to my followers across multiple fronts”.

      She also aims to use her voice and presence to help uplift women, save the environment and raise awareness about the positive aspects of AI. Layli also emphasized “AI is a tool designed to complement human capabilities not replace them. By showcasing AI’s potential for innovation and positive impact I aim to dispel fears and promote acceptance and collaboration between humans and AI.”

The Creators’ Vision

Meriam Bessa the CEO of Phoenix AI expressed her joy over this achievement “This is an opportunity to represent Morocco with pride. To highlight Moroccan, Arab, African, and Muslim women in the field of technology. I am also very happy to be able to stand for subjects that are dear to me through Kenza Layli. Women empowerment and sisterhood.” she said

The Miss AI Pageant

The Miss AI beauty pageant, a pioneering event, evaluated contestants based on their looks, online influence, and the technical expertise behind their creation. Social engagement, audience growth and platform utilization were the key metrics for the judgment. Commissioned by the Fanvue AI Creator Awards (WAICA) in April the event aimed to recognize and elevate AI creators achievements.

Lalina Valina from France is an advocate of kindness who secured second place in the event while Olivia C  from Portugal who promotes harmony between the real and robotic worlds came third in the same .

Fanvue’s co-founder Will Monange remarked “The global interest in this first award from WAICAs has been incredible. The awards are a fantastic mechanism to celebrate creator achievements, raise standards, and shape a positive future for the AI Creator economy.”
