The anonymous woman’s amended criminal lawsuit that reveals Jay Z was involved in raping a 13-year-old minor girl 24 years back in 2000:
According to a report by People, Jay-Z is facing serious allegations of raping a 13-year-old girl 24 years ago alongside Sean “Diddy” Combs in a civil lawsuit filed in October. The 55-year-old rapper, whose legal name is Shawn Carter, is named in a civil lawsuit filed by a woman identified only as Jane Doe. According to the amended complaint obtained by People, Doe has claimed that she was sexually assaulted after she got into an MTV Video Music Awards afterparty in 2000.
The exact civil lawsuit was initially filed in New York City in October 2024, with the names of two celebrities edited and only documented Sean “Diddy” Combs, 55, as a defendant. A now-edited complaint was filed on Sunday, Dec. 8, to name Carter aka Jay-Z.
About the woman’s amended criminal lawsuit that reveals Jay-Z’s name as well:
The amended lawsuit by the unnamed woman read, “Defendant Sean Combs, along with his longtime friend and collaborator Shawn Carter (a/k/a ‘JayZ’), drugged and raped a thirteen-year-old girl at an afterparty following the 2000 Video Music Awards. Another celebrity stood by and watched as Combs and Carter took turns assaulting the minor.”
Jay-Z broke his silence on the rape allegations leveled against him with his long and scathing statement on X:
Now Jay-Z has broken the silence on the same. Taking to his official Roc Nation handle on X, His official lengthy note reveals that the unnamed woman filing the case against him by amending her criminal lawsuit was indeed a calculated ‘blackmail attempt’. Calling the woman’s attempt to be false, Jay’Z’s statement entails, “What he had calculated was the nature of these allegations and the public scrutiny would make me want to settle. No sir, it had the opposite effect! It made me want to expose you for the fraud you are in a VERY public fashion. So no, I will not give you ONE RED PENNY!!.”

Moreover, the rapper also shares how these allegations were ‘heinous’ in nature and that he wants her to file a strict and non-bailable criminal complaint. Explaining more on the same with his side of the story, the statement added, “These allegations are so heinous in nature that I implore you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one!! Whoever would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked away, would you not agree? These alleged victims would deserve real justice if that were the case.”
Explaining how that woman made a huge error in judging him and thinking all celebs are cut out of the same cloth, an enraged Jay-Z’s statement also specifies, “You have made a terrible error in judgment thinking that all ‘celebrities’ are the same. I’m not from your world. I’m a young man who made it out of the project in Brooklyn. We don’t play these types of games. We have very strict codes and honor. We protect children, you seem to exploit people for personal gain. Only your network of conspiracy theorists, fake physics, will believe the idiotic claims you have levied against me that, if not for the seriousness surrounding harm to kids, would be laughable. I look forward to showing you just how different I am.”
