Jin’s 2022 Debut Solo Song ‘The Astronaut’ became an instant hit, surpassing 100 million views on YouTube with around 700,000 physical copies sold in South Korea on the day of its release. The announcement of a Debut Album came unsurprised to fans as the BTS members have recorded each of their solo songs before joining the Military service period.
Jin’s decision of releasing this untitled Debut Album is due to the fact that every BTS member will release their solos in future and so why delay the happening and Jin’s recent release of ‘Super Tuna’ has cushioned his intention, serving as a moral boost.
Jin’s stint with serving the nation ended in June of this year while his fellow bandmates are yet to return from their mandatory services. Their hiatus of sorts has made their fans hungry for their new music and the timing for Jin’s album serves right.
The BTS member’s agency has slated the release for November 2024, feasting the silver vocalist’s fans a grand surprise as the band will reunite soon after their military service. Jin in the meantime has signed up for a Netflix show, ‘Kian’s Bizarre B&B’ a travel, food, reality show which is yet to reveal any information, just like the singer’s next musical release.
