Global superstar Priyanka Chopra took to social media earlier this month to reveal that her younger brother Siddharth Chopra is engaged to Neelam Upadhyaya, sharing pictures from the roka ceremony that seems to be an intimate family affair.
Rumours of Siddharth and Neelam dating had been circulating on the internet for quite some time. In fact, in 2019, reports also suggested that the duo had accompanied Priyanka and her husband Nick Jonas, a prominent singer, to the Ambani’s Holi bash.

Neelam is an actress. She has predominantly been seen in Tamil and Telugu films. Her first project from 2010 got shelved, and a couple of years later, she made her acting debut in ‘Mr. 7’, a Telugu movie. Her acting debut in Tamil happened in 2013 through ‘Unnodu Oru Naal’.
Siddharth is a producer. He is an integral part of Priyanka’s successful production house Purple Pebble Pictures. He is also a professional chef and last June, the entrepreneur unveiled Chopra Farms, an agricultural project bringing seasonal, fresh and organic food to people.
Siddharth and Neelam often post about each other on social media. On her finance’s birthday, Neelam noted: “There are some feelings you never find words for; you will learn to name them after the ones who gave them to you.”
On the actress’s 30th birthday recently, Siddharth took to social media to post a picture and captioned it: “Happy Happy Birthday to this amazing person. From friends to well wishers you have some of the best ppl in your life and we are mighty happy to have you in ours.”

Siddharth got engaged to Ishita Kumar a handful of years ago in an arranged marriage setup. But the duo eventually called off their wedding. Madhu Chopra, the mother of Siddharth and Priyanka, later told SpotBoye: “My son Siddharth said he was not ready for marriage yet.”
In 2014, the successful producer and entrepreneur got engaged to his then-girlfriend Kanika Mathur. They were supposed to tie the knots the next year in Goa. But the wedding was also called off towards the end of 2014, reported Times of India.
