The third chapter of the grand IIFA Festival 2024 is set to happen in Yas Island Abu Dhabi on the 27th, 28th and 29th of September. The show planned for the final night of the event which is on the 29th of September will be deemed as a special show called the ‘SOBHA Realty IIFA Rocks’. This show is also supported by NEXA and Maisour. Two reputed actors from Bollywood: Siddhant Chaturvedi and Abhishek Banerjee will be hosting the show today. They will make sure everybody is entertained and they will also introduce the artists on the stage.
Who’s Performing?
The show will have some great singers and musicians:
1. Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy: These three music creators have been coming up with tunes for Bollywood movies for three decades. They will also sing their songs and have new ones which they produce themselves.
2. Shilpa Rao: She is superb in her singing and she can sing any song type in the music industry. She will sing affectionate, earnest dramatic songs with slow pacing, and bright, lively, enthusiastic songs with fast pacing.
3. Honey Singh: He is most popular for blending rap music with Bollywood tunes. He often sings great and catchy songs most of that would compel people to get up and dance to the music.
4. Lulia Vantur: She is a great singer and she will bring something unique to the show with that nice voice of hers.
Private Party for Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy
The show will throw a grand party for Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy because they have been composing music for the past three decades. They have composed so many famous songs for Bollywood movies, and all will get to listen to some of those songs during the show.
Oscars for the many abilities which can be used in the creation of films.
IIFA Rocks will also let awards to people who prefer to work behind the scenes in movies. These awards are for things like:
- What the movie looks like, or cinematography.
- How the screenplay and dialogues are presented in the story.
- How scenes are assembled (editing)
- What the formation process of the dances is (Choreography)
- What the movie sounds like – Sound Design and Sound Mixing
- Background Score is the music used in the background during the sequence.
- Special effects that make impossible things look real (Visual Effects)
These awards are significant since they demonstrate that so much effort is contributed towards making movies even in positions that are not observable by the public most of the time.
Shah Rukh Khan and Karan Johar to Host IIFA Awards in Abu Dhabi
This show is going to be really fun and interesting. They have good music from various types of singers and musicians. It is also good that they are taking up Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy for all that they have offered. And by presenting awards for lesser-known occupations, they are stressing the fact that making movies is not just for actors.
