He also revealed his upcoming web series which is going to be directed by a new young talent Reema Maya from Nocturnal Burger. Karan Johar mentioned that Reema Maya will be the director of the digital version of ‘Student of the Year’.

It was announced that Shanaya Kapoor will be starring in the ‘Student of the Year 3’ sequel. Some reports also revealed that Shanaya Kapur will mark her debut in the Malayalam film ‘Vrushabha’ which later was cancelled.
The movie makers have neither announced the arrival of ‘Student of the Year 3 ’ nor have they revealed the cast and crew names.

The sequel of ‘Student of the Year 2’ was released on 10 May 2019. In this movie, Tiger Shroff, Ananya Panday, and Tara Sutaria were starred. This movie’s storyline was similar which outlines the lives of the 3 students, their friendship, and conflicts amidst their competition to win the title of Student of the Year.The total box office collection of this movie was 69.11 crore. The rating of the movie is 1.9/5.
