Popular singer Neha Bhasin recently posted on Instagram about her battle with PMDD and OCPD where she described her current process of healing. This 41-year-old artist came out saying that she suffers from these diseases along with Fibromyalgia explaining the struggles she has been going through for years. Bhasin’s confession underlines the necessity of increasing mental health awareness and the effects of hormonal fluctuations on a person’s health. She has created awareness on some of the issues that are not well addressed in the entertainment industry as far as health is concerned.
