On Sunday morning around 4:55 AM, two strangers on a bike fired on the Bandra Residence of the most famous Bollywood actor Salman Khan. As per the reports, the two unidentified persons fired four shots at the Bandra house of the actor. Fortunately, nobody was injured as the actor and his parents were asleep during that time. Immediately after this incident, the forensic team reached the destination to collect the evidence. According to the police, one of the fired bullets hit the building’s wall. Joint Commissioner of Police, Satyanarayan Chaudhary stated that “ The incident occurred and police are working on it to identify and trace the accused”. Forensic reports revealed that the bikers used 7.62-caliber weapons.
According to the crime branch official who was present at the incidental site stated that both the persons were wearing helmets and came from the Bandstand side and fired almost four to five gunshots in the air and towards the building. He also said that due to the poor quality of CCTV footage, it is very difficult to find the registered bike number of the culprits but they are taking the help of technical experts to clarify the footage for further investigation.
Bandra Police Station and the crime branch have formed ten teams to work on different aspects of the investigation so that the culprits can be caught. The police team is recording the statement of the individual who was present when the gun was shot. FIR registration against the unidentified persons is still in process.
Salman Khan’s Security
Since the year 2022, due to many life threats from gangsters Lawrence Bishnoi and Goldy Brar Salman Khan’s security has been increased to the level of Y-Plus. Salman Khan is also allowed to carry his weapon with him for his security. Due to security reasons, he has bought a new bulletproof car.
Anmol Bishnoi Takes The Responsibility For The Firing Outside Salman Khan’s House
A few hours after the gunshots were fired, imprisoned gangster Lawrence Bishnoi’s brother Anmol Bishnoi took responsibility for the attack via a social media post. In his social media post, Anmol warned superstar Salman Khan to not underestimate them. His post read “Salman Khan, do not take us lightly. This is the first and last warning. After this, the firing will happen at your home.” The police have acquired the bike used by the unidentified person and now the police are investigating the engagement of all suspects including the Bishnoi gang and their reason for doing this. As per National Investigation Agency Salman Khan is in the list of people whom gangster Lawrence Bishnoi wants to kill.
One of the major reasons for killing Salman Khan roots back to the controversy of 1998 Blackbuck case. During the shoot of his most famous movie ‘Hum Saath Saath Hain’ Salman Khan killed two blackbucks, a protected species. This incident has insulted the Bishnoi Community for some reasons. As per police the attack was planned in the U.S by Anmol Bishnoi who further asked Rohit Godara another gangster based in the U.S to select the shooters for this attack. The reason for selecting Godara is that he knows professional shooters in many states of India.
After the attack, Salman Khan’s family including his brothers Sohail Khan, Arbaaz Khan and his sister Arpita Khan came to visit him after the incident had occurred.
However Salman Khan’s neighbours Prem Soni who was the director of the movie Main Aur Mrs Khanna shared that the actor is fine and there is nothing to worry about as police is taking care of each and every thing.
