Actors Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal welcomed their first child, a baby girl into the world. The couple’s announcement had fans waiting for further details, especially after the interview of veteran actress Shabana Azmi, where she said that the parents had named their daughter a beautiful name. Now, the wait is over, as Richa and Ali proudly revealed her name: Zuneyra Ida Fazal.
In an interview with “Vogue”, Ali opened up about how their daughter changed their lives, he said “She’s just two months old and already emoting so much. Expression now has a new meaning for me, and that’s crucial for my craft. The way I’ll approach subjects in the future, the stories I’ll tell—I can imagine there being a significant shift.” He added that after becoming parents the relationship has only improved and he is now able to listen more carefully to Richa as well as the needs of their daughter.
