Bollywood’s recent releases, ‘Jigra’ and ‘Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video’ went for the dust as the films fell dull, leaving the ever hungry fans to fend from re- releases. The resurrection of movies from the 90s and early 2000s in the form of Re- releases, especially in 2024 is comparatively highly successful than most of the current releases.
PVR Cinemas shared their Halloween plans in their social media account that revealed the Horror Bundle falling along the dates of Halloween with the caption, “Get ready for a hauntingly good time as the Halloween Marathon comes to your city! Delhi, Noida, Pune, Mumbai, Gurugram, Chennai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad – book your tickets for the epic horror movie marathon from October 25-27 at PVR INOX.”
The movie marathon list includes movies like the hit Conjuring series, IT and highly expected Hindi movies, released specially for the weekend. Fans who are starved for a good watch over the weekend, in trend with the ghostly season.
PVR’s special Halloween Re- releases
The Halloween movie marathon is available only in selected screens and cities of PVR INOX with varying timings and dates assigned for the three movie packages. The Re- release is only for the weekend from October 25, 26 and 27.
- Locations – Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Noida and Pune
- Timings – 5.30 PM to 10.30 PM
- IT and IT Chapter Two – screened together with consecutive timings for the fans to not miss the eerie buzz of thriller with the World Famous, Pennywise follows the group of children and subsequently follows the fans in their dreams.
- The Conjuring, The Conjuring 2 and The Conjuring : Devil Made Me Do It – Screening perfectly in the evenings is available for the horror fans who are already aware of the journey of Paranormal Investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren and are willing to join them in the hunt.
- Bhediya, Stree and Munjya – Bollywood’s favourite horror gang starring Shraddha Kapoor, Varun Dhawan and Abhay Verma is now wrapped in a scary package, just for the thrill lovers who want to be strung high with the creepy, dark and comedic stories.
