KGF CHAPTER 1 (2019)
Indian entertainment industry is making pace with growing demand of diverse regional dialects. Sanjay Dutt made his Kannada debut with the highly praised Kannada- language action film KGF Chapter 1, directed by Prashanth Neel, produced under the banner of Hombale films. Sanjay Dutt performed the character of Adheera as the lead Antagonist in the movie. The cast of KGF Chapter had Yash Gowda aka Rocky, Anmol Vijay as young rocky, Srinidhi Shetty as Reena Desai. This period action film as one of the highest budget films in Kannada of INR 80 crore budget. The story lines revolve around Rocky, a high-ranking gun-for-hire, working for an influential gold mafia in Bombay, seeks power and wealth in order to accomplish his mother’s promise. Post KGF Chapter1 success that released on 29th July, 2019 was followed by sequel: KGF Chapter 2.
AGNEEPATH (2012)
KGF directors and producer’s must have realized Sanjay’s villainous potential from his excellent performance in Agneepath movie, an action crime film released on the Indian Republic Day, 2012. A remake of original Agneepath, produced by Karan Johar and Hiroo Yash Johar, directed by Karan Malhotra. The story line resolves around an ordinary man, Vijay Deenanath Chauhan (Hrithik Roshan), from the island village of Mandwa who seeks revenge for his father’s dishonor and murder carried out by the villain Kancha Cheena (Sanjay Dutt). Other characters such as Kaali Gawde by Priyanka Chopra and Rishi Kapoor as Raufa Lala, gives a direction to complete the story.

DHAMAAL (2007)
A Hindi language, comedy genre film, directed by Indra Kumar, produced by Ashoka Thakera is a full-on entertainment buster. Dhamaal released on 7th September, 2007, with the star cast Sanjay Dutt, Arshad Warsi, Javed Jaffrey, Aashish Chaudhary and Reitesh Deshmukh. The storyline is based on four friends, struggling in their careers, venture out on a race to rob a hidden treasure in Goa, while they are caught by inspector Kabir in Goa, who learns about their plan. Sanjay Dutt played the character of inspector Kabir brings a great deal of humor and suspense with his character narration in Dhamaal.
PARINEETA (2005)
An adaptation of Sarat Chandra Chattopadhyay’s Bengali novel is Hindi language musical romance genre film. The story takes places showcasing during the times of Bengal Renaissance, a story of a young orphan girl, Lalita planning to marry his childhood love Shekhar. Shekhar who later falls suspicious of Lalita romanticizing with wealth man Girish, brings troublesome situations in their love story. The movie casted Sanjay Dutt, Vidya Balan and Saif Ali Khan as lead stars. Released on 10th of June, 2005 is a full drama packed movie.
MUNNA BHAI MBBS (2003)
Sanjay Dutt’s most loved character as Munna Bhai along with his on-screen loyal partner Circuit played by Arshad Warsi, has a next level of fan base till date. The plot – Munna Bhai, a gangster, chooses to accomplish his father’s dream by becoming a doctor. With some favor from his devoted sidekick Circuit, he takes admission in medical college with the story showing other interesting characters.
