In a recent exclusive interview with a leading Bollywood entertainment portal, the ‘Khoon Bhari Maang’ actor revealed he is going to get a retirement from the film industry as a director. He also gave fans updates on Krrish 4, starring Hrithik Roshan in the leading role. He revealed that he is going to announce the updates for Krrish 4 which is a film that is eagerly being awaited by cinema lovers and fans in India. Opening up on the same, Rakesh Roshan said, “But I’ll surely be announcing Krrish 4 very soon.”

Meanwhile, the Khoon Bhari Maang actor has shocked the film industry with this update. He has revealed that he is going to be active as a producer under his production banner FilmKraft Productions but he is taking a retirement from being a director in the film industry. Explaining the same, he said, “I don’t think I’ll be directing anymore.”
Siddharth Anand’s confirmation of Krrish 4 earlier this year:
Earlier this year, ‘Pathan’ filmmaker Siddharth Anand reposted the fan’s photo of Hrithik Roshan in a Krissh costume with the caption, “He’s coming back” on his X handle and wrote, “Yup he is”. This confirmation led the fans to speculate whether he is taking over the reins as director from the Krrish 4 franchise.
Rakesh Roshan’s plan to re-release old films:
He gave an idea and spilled the beans about how he wants to be active as a producer in the industry and not as a director, He said he would start this by re-releasing iconic films like Karan Arjun, and Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai. Shedding light on the same, he said, “Every film might not work. But surely, Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai is also going to complete 25 years in January (2025). This (Karan Arjun) was also in January, but I couldn’t clash the two films together so I pre-poned this release. And there are many films releasing in January.”
