A Flashback of Preity Zinta’s Bollywood Journey:

Preity Zinta ventured into Bollywood with a small role in Mani Ratnam’s “Dil Se” after her initial film project, Shekhar Kapur’s “Tara Rum Pum Pum,” faced cancellation. Despite this setback, she went on to star in several successful films, including “Soldier,” “Dil Chahta Hai,” “Koi Mil Gaya,” “Kal Ho Naa Ho,” “Veer-Zaara,” and “Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna.”

In 2013, Preity made her foray into production with “Ishkq in Paris,” in which she also starred. However, the film failed to make an impact at the box office. Following its release, she made cameo appearances in “Happy Ending” and “Welcome to New York.”

After a hiatus, Preity returned to the silver screen in 2018 with “Bhaiaji Superhit,” co-starring Sunny Deol, Arshad Warsi, Ameesha Patel, and Shreyas Talpade. Unfortunately, the film did not resonate with audiences and performed poorly at the box office.

Despite her film endeavors, Preity has remained active in the Indian Premier League (IPL) and as the co-owner of the Kings XI Punjab team. Recent rumors suggest that she is involved in producing the Hindi adaptation of the successful British series, “The Night Manager,” for a digital platform, with Hrithik Roshan reportedly onboard for the project.
