Maisour and Iifa Festival 2024 have announced a landmark collaboration. This agreement marks a significant milestone for Maisour and Meteora Group as they join one of the most prestigious global celebrations of Indian cinema as partners.
Maisour, a leading DIFC-based real estate crodfunding platform, has joined Iifa 2024 and Iifa Utsavam (a grand celebration of the vibrant South Indian cinema) as a partner and Meteora Developers has joined just the South India-focused chapter as a partner.

The Iifa Festival 2024 is going to unite and celebrate the best of Indian cinema. Taking place from September 27 to 29 in Yas Island, the event promises a dazzling line-up of events, including Nexa Iifa Utsavam, Nexa Iifa 2024 and Sobha Iifa Rocks.
Maisour’s involvement this year is special. The partnership highlights the intersection of cinematic brilliance and innovative real estate investment, letting global fans and investors experience the intricacies of both industries.

The Iifa Festival – as it is called this year – is returning to the UAE later this month for the third straight year. But this time, organisers have decided to add the magic of South Indian film industry to the mix. You can expect the best of the best Indian cinema celebration.
To be held across three days at Yas Island, the event is going to honour the best South Indian entertainment of the past year. Numerous celebrities from Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada film industries are expected to attend. That’s for the first night.
The second night on September 28 is going to celebrate the best of the Hindi film industry. The festival organisers have chosen the third night to dedicate to music and fashion. ‘King Khan’ Shah Rukh Khan, filmmaker Karan Johar and actor Vicky Kaushal are preparing to host.

This Iifa Festival 2024 expects an impressive line-up, joined by Shahrukh Khan, celebrated filmmaker Karan Johar, and the super talented Vicky Kaushal, Jhanvi Kapoor, Kriti Sanon, Shahid Kapoor and Rekha, and several others.
You can also expect a stellar line-up of South Indian cinema’s biggest celebrities: global superstar Ram Charan, megastar Chiranjeevi, the sensational Samantha Ruth Prabhu and veteran actor and Telugu cinema icon Nandamuri Balakrishna, among others.
