The Netflix debut of Devara
Following a grand theatrical release on September 27, “Devara: Part 1″ is expected to be on Netflix from November 8 in 8 Multiple languages Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam. The movie received appreciation for its amazing VFX, immensely royal visuals, and intense performances While the movie had a great first day at the box office, it stalled with its pace, despite which, the film collected Rs 343 crore worldwide. However, with the OTT release fans and first-time viewers will get a chance to watch this cinematic magic on Netflix.
Box Office Journey and Public Responses
“Devara: Part 1” had a good opening day gross of Rs 74 crore in all languages but it was mainly Jr NTR fans’ popularity post-RRR. Despite its strong start, the movie faced a drop off in the audience who remained until the end of the picture. Jr NTR also commented on the evolving nature of the audience he described as very negative nowadays, “We, as an audience, have become very negative these days… Every film today, we are watching to analyze… Maybe our exposure to cinema has made us like this.”
Jr NTR’s Debut on Bollywood
Jr NTR is also preparing for his Bollywood debut in “WAR 2” opposite Hrithik Roshan and Kiara Advani. Gaining and developing momentum, this is one of the most anticipated films which is expected to lift him to a new pedestal in Pan-Indian cinema.
