Viral Vada Pav Girl, real name Chandrika Dixit has been announced as the first confirmed contestant of Bigg Boss OTT season 3 that is going to be hosted by Anil Kapoor. The announcement was made by Jio Cinema on their social media handles in instagram creating a buzz among the fans and netizens. The show is to premiere on Friday, 21st of June.
Chandrika Dixit’s Selection;
The overnight sensation Chandrika Dixit shot to fame for her Vada Pav stall in Delhi and has captivated the public by her journey. The contestant was seen in a video shared by Jio Cinema preparing Vada Pav inviting her fans to guess the names on the final contestant list prepared by the show organisers.
The caption read, “Who’s the first contestant of Bigg Boss OTT 3? Head over to Jio Cinema Premium to get a sneak peek of this teekhi mirchi… ‘Bigg Boss OTT 3’ streaming exclusively on Jio Cinema Premium from June 21, 9pm.”
Anil Kapoor as Bigg Boss OTT 3 Host
Anil Kapoor is set to replace Salman Khan as host of Bigg Boss OTT 3 as Khan would not be available for the show as he is busy shooting for a film.
On the other hand, Anil Kapoor expressed his excitement by saying, “Bigg Boss and I are a dream team. We are both young at heart. People often joke about me that I am reverse ageing but Bigg Boss is seriously timeless. It feels a bit like going back to school, trying something new and exciting. I am going to bring back the same energy here. I can’t wait to bring my own flavour to the show.”
Expected Contestant List of the Show;
The season 3 of the Bigg Boss OTT is making followers wait impatiently for the contestant list. While the first participant has been revealed, it is rumoured that the producers of the show are trying to make a bollywood celebrity as a surprise entry adding more intense sparks within the show.
Although it is not yet confirmed, there are talks going around that ‘Temptation Island’ winners Cheshta Bhagat and Nikhil Mehta are going to feature in the show other than ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ actors Harshad Chopda and Snehzada Dhami among the many other participants.
