Shahid is a Hindi film directed by Hansal Mehta. The film talks about the real-life story of Shahid Azmi, who was a lawyer and human rights activist and was killed in 2010.

Directed by Ajay Bahl, the Hindi film Section 375: Marzi Ya Zabardasti?  is based on Section 375 of the Indian Penal Code laws of the country. The film is a battle on ethical issues faced by two lawyers when they battle on to get justice in a rape case. Famous film director Rohan Khurana is accused by his assistant costume designer Anjali Dange on the charges of rape. Tarun Saluja, a senior criminal lawyer believes that Law is a fact and Justice is abstract and not to get emotionally involved in a case. On the contrary, Hiral, another lawyer believes that justice is served only when a person gets fully involved in the case.

7) Movie Name: One Day: Justice Delivered (2019)

Cast: Anupam Kher, Esha Gupta, Kumud Mishra, and Anusmriti Sarkar

Directed by Ashok Nanda, One Day: Justice Delivered is a Hindi film that talks about a retired Judge Tyagi’s struggles as he tries to solve a case where key people of the state capital go missing in a mysterious manner. Directed by T. J. Gnanavel, Jai Bhim is a courtroom drama film based on the 1993 Cuddalore incident. The themes of state violence and police bias are explored against a poor community. Sengeni and Rajakannu, a couple from the Irular tribe become a victim of police corruption. The case gets led by Justice K. Chandru who tries to strengthen the bond between Dalits and Muslims.

10) Custody (2023)

Cast: Naga Chaitanya, Arvind Swamy, Krithi Shetty, Priyamani, R. Sarathkumar and Sampath Raj

Directed by Venkat Prabhu, Custody is a run-action drama about Siva, a regular police constable who gets the task of producing a witness from police custody to the courtroom. What is surprising is the fact that Siva finds out that the whole police department wants the witness to be dead. Will Siva be able to stay loyal to his duty or will he adopt a unique way to find out the truth?
