Talks with Global Music Icons
According to some media reports, talks are moving forward to confirm performances by Adele, Drake and Lana Del Rey at the wedding festivities, scheduled to take place in Mumbai from July 12 to July 14. Some inside sources hinted that negotiations are going on to finalize the dates for these international icons.
Extravagant Pre-Wedding Celebrations
The Ambani’s are known for their over the top celebrations and Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding events haven’t been different. The first pre-wedding celebration organized in Jamnagar, which was held in March 2024, featured performances by Rihana, Akon, Pritam, Shreya Ghoshal, Diljit Dosanjh, Arijit Singh, Lucky Ali and so on. Mark Zuckerberg, Ivana Trump, Bill Gates and the whole Bollywood, sports and Business fraternity were in Jamnagar for these 3 days to celebrate Anant and Radhika’s union.
The second pre-wedding took place on a luxurious cruise in Italy and the South of France from May 29 to June 1. Katy Perry, Andrea Bocelli, Pitbull, Backstreet Boys and Guru Randhawa were the star performers for the events, with notable guests Shah Rukh Khan, Ranveer Singh, Jahnvi Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Kareena Kapoor.
A Spectacular Three- Day Event
Anant and Radhika will tie the knot in a three day Hindu ceremony in Mumbai’s Jio World Convention Centre, beginning with ‘Shubh Vivaah’ on July 12, followed by ‘Shubh Aashirwad’ on July 13 and the celebrations will conclude with ‘Mangal Utsav’ on July 14.
In a heartwarming gesture, Mukesh Ambani and family also initiated the wedding festivities by hosting a mass wedding for 52 underprivileged couples in Mumbai on July 2.
