Sleeps for 5 hours a day;
Shahrukh Khan is the epitome of fitness and resilience and over the years has put in a lot of effort to be fit and healthy. From having eight pack abs to performing acrobats for fight sequences, he has done it all. He sleeps for only 4 to 5 hours and goes to sleep at 5 am and then wakes up by 9 am to 10 am if there are shots scheduled.
While speaking he stated, “I go to 5am in the morning. When Mark Wahlberg gets up, I go off to sleep. And then I wake up at about nine or 10 if I’m shooting. But then I will come home at 2 am, take a bath, and then work out before I go to sleep.”
