Women of My Billion is a documentary based on the life of a UN SDG changemaker Srishti Bakshi who started a transformative journey on foot. This documentary will highlight the 240-long journey started by Srishti to cover a long distance of 3,800 kilometres in the south from Kanyakumari to the north of Kashmir. The journey was so long that it took 240 days. Her main motive behind this journey was to meet and communicate stories of various women throughout the country.

Women of My Billion is produced by audacious originals of Monisha Thygarjan and Apporva Bakshi in collaboration with Priyanka Chopra Jonas’ Purple Pebble Pictures. The director of the documentary is Ajitesh Sharma.
The trailer of the documentary reflects the struggles, problems, determination, and dedication of every woman to stand for their rights and equality. This documentary portrays every woman’s rights, dreams, aspirations, and their struggle towards equality.
Women Of My Billion will be released on the OTT platform Prime Video on 3 May 2024.
Prime Video took to their Instagram handle to share the trailer of Women Of My Billion. Sharing the trailer they captioned it saying, “ journey along one woman’s 3800 km walk across the country to witness stories, for the safety of women and to question beliefs that must be challenged”.
