Gorgeous actress Disha Patani’s father, Jagdish Singh Patani, is a retired SP. She is loved for her remarkable performances in Bollywood films like Malanngg. For those unaware, Disha is ruling in the hearts of her fans and netizens after making a successful debut as a pan-Indian star with the recently released Kanguva.

Disha Patani’s father Jagdish Patani conned of Rs 25 lakhs by a group of five people:

However, in a shocking series of events, five people tricked Disha’s father Jagdish Singh Patani into a massive scam of Rs 25 lakhs. According to a police official’s quote to a leading Indian digital wire publication, these five individuals had promised the ‘Radhe’ actress’s father a higher-ranking position within the government commission. But, now, as a result of this scam that happened with the ‘Malanngg’ actress’s father, an official FIR was filed in the Bareilly Kotwali police station on Friday, November 15 in the evening.

As per the FIR copy, firstly Disha’s father was introduced to the scammers by Shivendra Pratap Singh, whom he knew. The scammers mentioned in the complaint are Diwakar Garg and Acharya Jayaprakash. Moreover, the document revealed how Garg and Jayaprakash proclaimed to have strong political connections and slowly won the trust of Disha’s father by promising him an assured and sure-shot position of chairman, vice-chairman, and similarly huge post in the government commission.

The ‘money laundering’ scam with Jagdish Patani:

But after winning Patani’s trust, this group of scammers demanded from him an exorbitant sum of Rs 25 lakhs as compensation. The report stated how they took 5 lakhs in cash and the remaining 20 lakhs through bank transfers to three different accounts. After three months, when no further development or progress was made regarding the claims of getting a senior position, Mr. Patani told the five people involved to give him his money back. But instead, these guys started threatening him and things took a turn for the worse.
