Narrating the veteran actor Marlon Brando’s high point in life, the biopic is directed and co-written by Bill Fishman and stars Billy Zane in the prominent role.
The movie is based on a Los Angeles architect Bernard Judge’s 2011 memoir with the same title, ‘Waltzing with Brando : Planning a Paradise in Tahiti’. The book is all about Judge’s famous client Marlon Brando with whom the plan of making Tahitian reef a futuristic, ecological retreat. The book’s synopsis gives us the prerequisite of Marlon Brando the man and not Marlon Brando the actor whose vision and opinions were far superior than many of his time.
Set in the early 70s, the movie will showcase the actor’s preparation for his iconic role as Vito Corleone in ‘The Godfather’ with a first look of Billy Zane donned in a black suit, slicked back hair and a signature red rose sets the internet on fire.
