On August 15, 2024 the comedy and drama movie “Khel Khel Mein” released in theatres. This movie was based on the Italian movie “Perfect Strangers” directed by Paolo Genovese. It was released in 2016 starring Giuseppe Battiston, Anna Foglietta, Marco Giallini as the lead characters. Including Hindi, it has been remade in 20 more languages around the world. The previous film series “Housefull, Golmaal” also has some of its inspirations from the Hollywood and world movies.

The story is about a game of revealing information about each other with their partners if they receive any phone calls. There are three couples. The funny game turns into a serious note which shreds off the sham mask of everyone in front of their partners. “The Pretending Life and Characteristics” gets diluted at the end. The movie “Khel Khel Mein” received mixed reviews from the audiences and critics. Some criticise that some of the scenes are quite predictable.
